Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for standard courier size items are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Rest of Canada 5–10 business days
International 10–21 business days

 

Large & Heavy Items Items weighing more than 20 kg or with a volume exceeding 4 cubic feet are not eligible for standard shipping. For these items, the buyer must either:

  • Arrange their own pick-up from our location, or
  • Contact us prior to purchasing to receive a custom quote that includes shipping and handling.

Please reach out before placing your order to avoid any delays or complications with fulfillment of oversized or heavy items.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages ASC Enterprises – New Brunswick is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
