Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through ASC Enterprises – New Brunswick are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is materially different from what was described or ordered.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@asc-ent.ca. Please include:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos or video documenting the damage or defect

We will review each case individually and work with you to find a reasonable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or pick-up arrangement. Once an order has been fulfilled or a pick-up has been scheduled, cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom Quotes & Special Orders Orders placed following a custom shipping and handling quote are non-refundable once confirmed.
